Carl Rogers research showed that people have what he called an actualising tendency and when the person centred core conditions are demonstrated by the counsellor in therapy, the client moves towards emotional health. I specialise in relationship counselling, abuse counselling and youth counselling. I also have experience with carers of people with mental illness and with Forces spouses and personnel.
