Carl Rogers research showed that people have what he called an actualising tendency and when the person centred core conditions are demonstrated by the counsellor in therapy, the client moves towards emotional health. I am a Person Centred Counsellor and specialise in relationship counselling, abuse counselling and youth counselling.
