What is Counselling?
Counselling is the opportunity to talk to a trained person about your problems. It will be confidential, genuine, authentic, non judgmental and empathic. The counsellor will trust in your ability to resolve your own issues given the above responses in counselling.
FEES
Counselling must be paid for in cash or a cheque with a current cheque guarantee card. My charge is £45 for an hour of counselling (negotiable,) £30 an hour for trainee counsellors and £60 an hour for couples. Longer sessions are available if required. A brief idea of the problem would be helpful when you phone to make an appointment.
SUPERVISON
I also offer supervision and charge £45 an hour or £30 an hour for trainee counsellors/ £35 for counsellors in paid jobs who are in voluntary placements and who are working towards BACP accreditation.

I have regular supervision and my supervisor belongs to a governing body which has an ethical framework and adheres to the same ethical framework as myself.
